Well - it is under your profile, just a bit more confusing than that.

Once you're in your profile section, you're actually under the "info" portion. Look toward the top right, and you'll see a link for "avatar".

Never heard of it. I've been working with Photoshop and Illustrator alot more lately. I'm a Design Arts major. So I kinda need to get those programs down. Even though I hate Macs.
